All the information available from the business will be reviewed by the Business Evaluator.  This includes; Historical data, marketing strategies, mission statements, sales history, client demographic, targeting etc.

Through the analysis of the company or business model, the Business Evaluator will identify elements of concern or of unrealized potential within the business .

The development of a sustainable and achievable business model is now key to ensuring that the project achieves its goals. 

This model is defined in close collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure that expectations are realistic.
